Substitutions - As our vast inventory changes daily and fulfilling large orders can quickly cause a product to be out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute products of equal or greater value.  We will make every attempt to create gifts that are as similar as possible to what is represented on this site.  During the summer months (May-September), we will also substitute chocolate products for an item of equal or greater value.  You will be notified if a suitable substitute is unavailable. 
Corporate Orders - A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required for all corporate orders. No custom items or inventory will be ordered until the 50% deposit is paid.  We will assign a ship/delivery date based on your needs and provide that in writing to you in advance.  Payment of the balance of the order is due prior to the ship/delivery date.
Corporate Billing  - We require a credit card for the initial sale of a new client.  For repeat orders, we are happy to bill the client on a "due upon receipt" basis.  In the event the bill is unpaid at the end of 20 days, the balance of the order will be charged to the credit card on file.  We cannot bill indivduals, even those who work for corporations, i.e., realtors, mortgage lenders, and financial planners.
Local Delivery:  We operate a local delivery service at the "per location" price of $10.00.   There may be additional fees charged for weekends, holidays, off hours, or multiple unit deliveries.   Non-local delivery will be handled as noted below. 

Shipping and Handling - Baskets delivered within the continental United States are shipped via U.S. Postal Service or UPS ground service, Monday through Saturday -- not including holidays -- unless you choose otherwise.  If you need express shipping, please contact our customer service number for options and costs.  To avoid delayed deliveries and redelivery fees, please provide complete street address including suite numbers, company names (if applicable) and zip codes.

Special handling fees may apply to oversized items.  

Please note that we are NOT responsible for additional shipping charges incurred for packages returned from shipper or delivered to wrong location due to incorrect address information provided by purchaser.  Orders can be resent to correct address but will incur full shipping charges. 
Payment Terms - We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal.  Personal checks can be accepted by phone.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on all orders with balance due before delivery.  Orders purchased by MI residents are subject to 6% sales tax.
Order Cancellation  - Order cancellation can only be accepted prior to delivery or shipment of the order.  Cancelled orders are subject to a 35% restocking fee. Cancellation of special or volume orders in excess of $300.00 will result in forfeiture of deposit.
Return Policy - To return an item, you must contact us within 5 business days of receipt.  We will issue you an exchange or refund of your original payment type.  In order to receive a refund, the item must be in its original new condition, in the original packaging and must be unused.  Purchaser will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
